Client: Rothman Orthopaedics
Assignment: Our team was engaged by Rothman Orthopaedics to identify targeted opportunities in and around Mount Laurel, NJ. We successfully located a 70,000 SF office building in Marlton owned by Brandywine Realty Trust and executed an off-market deal for Rothman. This allowed the client to occupy the top two floors of the building as a user and keep other existing tenants for in place income. This building has become one of Rothman's most successful real estate entities from a practice and investment standpoint.
