Assignment: Our team was engaged January 1, 2023 to lease this 89,500 SF Class A Office Building. At the time of engagement, only 32% of the building was leased (with only one medical tenant). We immediately developed a marketing strategy catered towards medical tenants. Since implementing this strategy, our healthcare team has successfully leased up the building with several credit medical tenants and increased the occupancy to over 75%. Major medical tenants we have successfully placed in the building include: Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia, Rheumatic Disease Associates, Griswold Home Health Care, and ENT & Allergy Associates.
