Client: Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Hospital
Assignment: Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Hospital had acquired this 68.69-Acre site in 2004 with the intent of developing a medical campus. Penn/LGH ultimately decided not to move forward with the development and our team was engaged to execute a disposition of the asset. We successfully identified a local user to purchase the site, navigating re-zoning and various approvals, to ultimately deliver a significant return for Penn/LGH.
